Unfortunately we do not take exchanges, please return the garment asap and order your preferred size or design as long as they are still available. If they are out of stock you will be issued a store credit that will never expire, or a full refund if the garment is faulty.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt, together with the original receipt included in the parcel.
- Garment must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, with all original tags attached.
- Sale items can be returned with store credits only, which will be valid for 6 months since the date of issue.
- Shipping cost is non-refundable, customers pay for return postage as well. Except for a faulty garment, Holabolla will examine the item when it is returned and refund both the initial and the return postage to you once it is confirmed as a quality issue. We recommend you return your parcel with a trackable and insured postage service. Holabolla is not responsible for returned parcels that are lost or damaged during the transit process.
Our return process is simple, send them back to below postal add, INCLUDING your own delivery address as SENDER's address, then we will be able to identify your order. Any returned parcel that does Not include the original delivery address will not be process and HOLABOLLA is not responsible for delays caused by that.
